Identity Verification: Clients must provide accurate personal information and use their legal name when booking services. False names, aliases, multiple identities, or deceptive information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from all services.
Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Refund & Cancellation
Policy Individual Sessions: All bookings are final and non-refundable once services are delivered. For rescheduling, minimum 24-hour notice is required. Failure to appear for scheduled appointments or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture of full payment and be subject to a rescheduling fee of €50 or more.
Live Events & Group Sessions: All payments are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, no make-up sessions or credits will be provided. Courses, Memberships & Digital Products: Due to the immediate accessibility of digital content and proprietary nature of materials, all sales are final with no refunds available once access is granted.
Platform Cancellations: If we cancel a service due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered rescheduling or a full refund.
Exceptional Circumstances: If you believe services were not delivered as described, you must contact us within 48 hours of the session. We reserve the right to review and resolve genuine concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks: Initiating credit card chargebacks or payment disputes will result in permanent ban from all services.

Code of Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy
Professional Environment: We maintain a sacred space built on trust, respect, and authenticity. All participants are expected to honor these values.
Required Standards:
Respectful Communication: Courteous and respectful interaction with Rebecca, staff, and other participants is mandatory
Authentic Identity:
Real names and accurate information must be provided for all bookings and participation
Appropriate Behavior: Professional conduct is expected during all sessions and platform interactions
Zero-Tolerance Violations (resulting in immediate permanent ban): Any form of harassment, threats, or abusive language toward Rebecca, staff, or participants. Disruptive behavior during live events or group sessions. Use of false identities, aliases, or deceptive information. Inappropriate or sexual content/comments Recording sessions without explicit permission.
Attempting to recruit practitioners for other services. Any behavior deemed disrespectful or harmful to the community.
Enforcement:
Immediate Removal:
Violations result in immediate termination of the current session and permanent ban.
No Warnings: All violations are treated as immediate offenses. No Appeals: Permanent bans are final and non-negotiable.
Legal Action: Severe violations may be reported to appropriate authorities
Currency & Fees:
All prices are in Euros (€). International clients are responsible for currency conversion fees and any banking charges.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing confirmed bookings honor the price paid at booking.
Tax Obligations: Prices may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors. By booking, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policies.
You are responsible for reliable internet connection and appropriate technology. Technical issues on your end do not warrant refunds, credits, or session extensions.
Recording & Privacy: We may record sessions for quality assurance. Client recording is strictly prohibited unless authorized by Rebecca Dragonheart. Unauthorized recording may result in legal action.
Platform Security: While we use secure platforms, no internet communication is 100% secure.
You use our services at your own risk regarding data transmission and Rebecca Dragonheart is not responsible for any data leaks that may arise through platforms used for her services.
All sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and safety purposes. By participating, you consent to such recording.
